‘The Journeyman’s Mac’ is back! After a 4 year lull with no updates, Apple has revamped the Mac Mini, the most versatile computer in the brand’s lineup. We deploy them as servers, workstations (customers often bring their own keyboard, mouse and display), in clusters as part of render farms, controllers for video surveillance systems & WiFi networks, or as database servers. Welcome features include the return of upgradeable RAM and the addition of 4 Thunderbolt 3 ports (also USB-C). Although the storage device is non configurable, an array of options are available incl. a 2 TB SSD.
